(Catholic University 2021) While in the United States, Cardinal Muller and Princess Gloria visited Regina Angelorum Academy in Ardmore, PA. The Cardinal and the Princess joined the school community for Morning Forum, a schoolwide, daily prayer service which opens each school day. During Morning Forum, His Eminence spoke about the life of Pope St. John Paul II, whose feast day was celebrated on the 22nd.
After Morning Forum, Cardinal Muller and Princess Gloria toured the school, visiting several classrooms. In each room, students recited poetry and prayed with the Cardinal.
Following His Eminence’s visit to Regina Angelorum Academy, the school’s Board of Directors hosted a luncheon at Philadelphia Country Club. About thirty guests learned more about the vision and mission of Regina Angelorum. The lunch culminated in remarks by Cardinal Muller, who reinforced the importance of faithful Catholic education. As a thank you, guests were given an autographed copy of Cardinal Muller’s book.
“We were blessed to have Cardinal Muller and Princess Gloria visit our school this morning,” noted school principal Mrs. Ann Coffey. “He was so gracious with his time. Our children were really touched by His Eminence’s presence. He spent time with students, blessed them and even took the opportunity to catechize!” She went on to say, “The students won’t forget this day any time soon!”
